The ERS1001A series are High PSRR, low power comsumption, low drop voltage, built-in over current and short circuit protection CMOS LDO. It has small quiescent current (80uA) and provide stable 500mA output with little drop voltage. Hence, they are ideal for battery-powered devices, consumer devices and industrial equipment. ERS1001A is available in SOT23-3L and SOT23-5L package.
