The ERS1006A series are High PSRR, low power comsumption, low drop voltage, built-in over current and short circuit protection CMOS LDO. It has small quiescent current (70uA) and provide stable 300mA output with little drop voltage. Hence, they are ideal for battery-powered devices, consumer devices and industrial equipment. ERS1006A is available in UTDFN1*1-4 package.
