Product Features

ERS3002ATT5-C is a high efficiency, high frequency step down DC-DC regulator. Input voltage range is 2.7V ~ 5.5V and maximum continuous current output is 1.2A. It has a very low Rdson output MOSFET, hence the transmission loss is small and achieve a high efficiency. The switching freqsuency is 1.5MHz, the ripple of the output is small. A small inductor and capacitor is required for the external circuit.
