The ERS1009A series are wide input voltage (1.2V to 5.5V), low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and miniaturized packaging LDO. The maximum current output is 600mA. Quiescent current is only 2µA makes these devices ideal for battery powered devices. There is an option of shutdown mode by selecting the parts with the EN pin and pulling it low. The shutdown current in this mode goes down to only 100nA (typical). ERS1009A series are available in SOT23-3L, SOT23-5L, DFN1*1-4 and DFN2*2-6 package.
