ERB2150 is a highly integrated IC, which is designed for 5 cells Lithium battery or lithium Polymer protection IC. ERB2150 has over charging voltage/ over discharging voltage/over discharging current/ open/ Over charging &discharging temperature/ low temperature protection and cell-balanced function. ERB2150 can drive directly external P-CH charging MOSFET and N-CH discharging MOSFET. Due to its low power consumption design, battery pack only consumes a little bit power during storage stage. Package is available in SSOP16 .
