ERB2151 is a highly integrated IC, which is designed for 4~5 cells Lithium battery or lithium Polymer protection IC. ERB2151 has over-charging voltage/ over discharging voltage/ Over discharging current/ open/ Over charging &discharging temperature/ low temperature protection and cell-balanced function. ERB2151 can drive directly external P-CH charging MOSFET and N-CH discharging MOSFET, also it has DCTRL pin, which is used to control DO pin output. Due to its low power consumption design, battery pack only consumes a little bit power during storage stage. Package is available in SOP-16L.
