ERB2152 is a highly integrated IC, which is designed for 4~5 cells Lithium battery or lithium Polymer protection IC. ERB2152 has over charging voltage/ over discharging voltage/ charging&discharging over current/ open/ over charging&discharging temperature protection and cell-balance functions. ERB2152 can drive directly external N-CH charging MOSFET and N-CH discharging MOSFET. Due to its low power consumption design, battery pack only consumes a little bit power during storage stage. Package is available in SSOP-16L.
