The ERS1103A series are high accuracy, low power comsumption, low drop voltage CMOS LDO. It has over current and short circuit protection and the maximum input voltage is 40V. It has small quiescent current (1.5uA) and provide stable 250mA output with little drop voltage. Hence, they are ideal for battery-powered devices, consumer devices and industrial equipment. ERS1103A is available in SOT23-3L, SOT23-5L and SOT89-3L package.
