ERB2350 is a highly integrated IC, which is designed for 3~5 cells Lithium battery or lithium Polymer secondary protection IC. ERB2350 has over charge protecion/ over charge delay counter reset time/ open wire protection. ERB2350 can drive directly external P-CH MOSFET and N-CH MOSFET. Due to its low power consumption design, battery pack only consumes a little bit power during storage stage. Package is available in MSOP-8L.
