ERS5003ATT6 is a small pacakge, high efficiency, step-up synchronize regulator. It has a internal 2.5A output MOSFET and maximum output is 12V. Efficiency is 93%. Output voltage can be set by the external resister and capacitor. Also, the output current limiter can be set by external resister. Switching frequency is 1.0MHz, hence small inductor and capacitor can be used to save the space. Package is SOT23-6. It also have short circuit protection, over voltage protection and over temperature protection.
