The "2023 Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Innovation Ranking" jointly launched by the Shenzhen Federation of Industry, Guangdong Bay Area New Economy Research Institute, Shenzhen Science and Technology Association, Shenzhen Lihe Science and Technology Innovation Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Business Daily, Shenzhen Innovation and Development Research Institute, and other institutions has been officially released and selected for the "Innovation Achievement Ranking" and "High Growth Innovation Ranking". At this conference, Erised Semiconductor won the "High Growth Innovation Ranking" on the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Enterprise Innovation Ranking.

 

 

Since its establishment in 2018, Erised Semiconductor has been committed to technological innovation and product research and development, synchronizing the layout of lithium battery protection chips in display drives, motor drives, and new energy. Recently, it has successively produced products such as AMOLED driver ICs, single-phase brushless direct current (BLDC) pre driver ICs, and multi series lithium battery protection ICs. The AMOLED driver IC ER66638 adopts Yuchuang's self-developed AMOLED display related algorithms, including Demura, IRC, CTC, etc., which can effectively improve display quality and yield, while reducing power consumption and cost.

 

Compared to traditional protection solutions for multi string lithium battery packs, products such as ICs ERB2140 to ERB2181 have several advantages over industry benchmarks, including high voltage resistance, high precision, low power consumption, high electrostatic protection, balancing function, and temperature protection, which are more conducive to the safe application of lithium batteries. Moreover, the entire series of lithium battery protection chips with multiple series have a wide temperature range of -40 to 85 ° C, so there is no need to worry about temperature drift in various accuracy within this temperature range. Considering the differences in production conditions and environments among different factories, Erised Semiconductor strives to simplify external circuits as much as possible and improve chip voltage resistance and electrostatic protection functions to simplify product production processes and improve production efficiency and yield.

 

 

The latest powerful launch of new small package single-phase brushless DC (BLDC) pre drive ICs - ERD1101 and ERD1102- has injected a strong domestic force into China's motor industry, which has long been dominated by Japanese, American, and European brands. ERD1101 is an open-loop single-phase brushless DC (BLDC) pre drive IC, combined with different external MOSFETs, suitable for 12V/24V/48V voltage and various high current applications, mainly used in computer processors, graphics cards, cooling fans for power modules, and circulating fans for refrigerators. ERD1102 is a dead cycle single-phase brushless DC (BLDC) pre drive IC. These two ICs adopt a pin compatible design, which can be easily applied to open loop and dead loop designs on the same PCB. In order to reduce the area of the PCB, ICs adopt a miniaturized packaging of QFN16 3 * 3. In addition to ERD1101/ERD1102, we will gradually launch the IC: ERD100x series of single-phase brushless DC drive motors with built-in MOSFETs in the next six months to meet the different application needs of customers.

On the morning of June 24, 2026, Erised (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) jointly inaugurated the “SUSTech Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering – Erised Joint Laboratory” in Conference Room 812 of the College of Engineering.  Attending the ceremony were Erised’s Chairman Chen Tingyang, General Manager of the Display Driver Business Group Xie Yuxuan, and other core members of the company. From SUSTech, Professor Chen Mingwei, Dean of the College of Engineering, Associate Professors Jiang Junmin and Hua Mengyuan, Research Assistant Professor Hu Chen from the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, as well as Associate Professor Gao Yuan from the School of Microelectronics, along with faculty and student representatives, gathered to witness this important moment.   At the start of the unveiling ceremony, Professor Chen Mingwei, Dean of SUSTech’s College of Engineering, delivered the first address and extended a warm welcome to Chairman Chen Tingyang and his delegation. He noted that the College of Engineering has developed rapidly in the field of information semiconductors, thanks to university industry collaboration and support from the Shenzhen municipal government. In recent years, the College has performed exceptionally well in research funding, with nearly one third of its annual research budget coming from the semiconductor and information industries. He emphasized that the semiconductor industry is currently experiencing an AI driven super cycle expansion, with an upward trend spanning the entire industrial chain—from chips, memory, and optoelectronics to AI automation. This technological boom provides a strategic window for enterprise university cooperation. The College will support the joint laboratory in terms of policy and value creation, and hopes that both sides will build a mutually beneficial mechanism for integrating production, education, research, and application. Through collaborative research, they aim to solve key technological issues in emerging industries, actively encourage students to undertake internships and practical training in the company, and cultivate students’ practical innovation capabilities through teaching cooperation.
