Because ERISED focuses on continuous improvement strategies, we may need to modify, update, or discontinue product production or manufacturing processes after the product is launched.
ERISED complies with the timely notification requirements in J-STD-046. According to this industry standard, we will inform customers of significant changes that affect shape, applicability, functionality, or have an adverse impact on product quality or reliability.
Before implementing any significant changes, ERISED will provide the following information：
· Detailed description
· Reason for change
· PCN tracking No.
· Product identification (affected products)
· ERISED contact information
· Expected (positive/negative) impact on applicability, shape, function, quality & reliability
· Qualification certification plan and results
· Sample supply date
· Expected production and shipment date

Semiconductor products delisted/discontinued (phased out)
ERISED's product delisting/production suspension process follows the J-STD-048 standard. For convenience, our company strives to avoid phasing out products. In addition, our standard obsolescence and delisting schedule provides longer delivery times than De facto standard. Our schedule has set aside a delivery time of 12 months for the last batch of orders and extended the final delivery time for obsolete products by an additional 6 months. In rare cases, it may be necessary to establish an accelerated delisting schedule. In this case, we will communicate with the affected customers regarding the deadline for procurement and final delivery date.
