ERISED Semiconductor is committed to providing high-quality and reliable semiconductor solutions. To help reduce the risk of counterfeit products, ERISED strongly recommends that customers purchase semiconductor products through ERISED's authorized sources: directly through ERISED or through ERISED's authorized agents.
Many counterfeit products are marked and labeled similar to genuine ERISED devices, thereby misleading customers. However, counterfeit products are not manufactured, packaged, labeled, stored, or shipped in a manner that is not ERISED compliant and therefore pose significant performance, safety, and reliability risks.
Semiconductor products purchased through non ERISED authorized sources (including through agents, "gray markets") may be counterfeit or unreliable. Correspondingly, ERISED does not provide warranty services or customer support for semiconductor products purchased through unauthorized sources.
ERISED is actively working with the Semiconductor industry association and other industry organizations to combat counterfeits, improve industry standards to reduce counterfeit products and assist law enforcement agencies in their efforts to address this challenge.
If you feel that you have purchased counterfeit devices, please submit the following content to us before we can conduct an evaluation:
The completed 'Counterfeit Product Verification Form' can be obtained from the 'Product Center’.
· Show high-definition digital photos of the bottom and top views of the device.
· Show ERISED high-definition digital photos of packaging barcode labels.
· Copy or photo of the shipping documents, including the packing list showing the source of the device to ERISED. If you are unable to provide this information, we will not be able to provide verification due to the uncertainty of the product custody chain.
